Name, email, phone, pronouns, location, job titles, employment history, education, certification details, and profile media you upload.
Professional activity
Saved jobs, applications, freelance bids, interview availability, in-app messages, referrals, and analytics about profile views.
Device & usage
Log files, IP address, browser/user agent, language, cookie identifiers, and product telemetry that helps us troubleshoot.
Third-party data
With your consent we may import resume data, ATS workflow context, or productivity tool calendars to keep hiring workflows synced.
3. How we use your data
- Match candidates with relevant jobs, projects, and expert communities.
- Help companies manage their pipelines, interviews, compliance, and offer approvals.
- Send transactional updates (interview reminders, status changes, billing receipts).
- Provide personalized recommendations, benchmarks, and salary insights.

4. Legal bases

Profiles and hiring activity remain active while you maintain an account. We archive dormant records after 24 months and purge backups within 30 days of deletion. Billing records are retained for at least 7 years to meet financial compliance requirements.

- Infrastructure partners (cloud hosting, analytics, payment processors) bound by DPAs.

We use Standard Contractual Clauses for cross-border transfers and continuously monitor vendor adherence to SOC 2 / ISO 27001 controls.

- Deactivate or delete your WorkDest account at any time.
