Refund & Credit Policy

How we handle subscription cancellations, pay-as-you-go credits, and service-level commitments for WorkDest customers.

1. Subscription plans

All recruiting, talent-intelligence, and employer-branding subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. If you cancel within 7 days of renewal we will issue a full refund; after 7 days we provide a pro-rated account credit that can be applied to future invoices.

2. Candidate unlocks & outreach credits

Pay-as-you-go purchases (for example, contact unlocks, Boosted Job placements, or messaging bundles) are non-refundable once consumed. Credits that remain unused for 12 months expire, but we send reminder emails 30 days before expiration so you have ample time to use them.

3. Service-level guarantees

Managed recruiting engagements include candidate delivery SLAs. If we fail to hit agreed-upon interview volume in a given month, you qualify for a credit equal to 15% of that month's fee. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the missed SLA.

4. Billing disputes

Contact billing@workdest.com within 60 days of the charge. Include invoice numbers, dates, and a short description. We typically resolve disputes within 5 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting WorkDest may result in account suspension. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks, especially when services were delivered per contract.

6. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Credits appear instantly in your WorkDest billing dashboard and apply to the next invoice. We cannot send refunds to alternative bank accounts for security reasons.
